Phlox remained silent this time, getting to his feet and taking a deep breath to gather his thoughts. His hand grasping his throat, he cautiously shuffled towards his scroll and let out a bloody cough. Phlox could no longer seem to concentrate on the work at hand, and the chamber continued to spin, albeit more slowly. When he did, he grabbed the scroll and clenched it firmly before turning to face the door and making his way to the nursing station. He thought grimly that the nurses there were going to have a field day attempting to patch him up this time.
