1. Are you 18 or older? We want to know if anyone is under 18 years of age. Being under 18 will not bar you from participating in our community. Rather, this will allow us to gauge who is acting inappropriately toward minors.

That I am!

2. Do you have past experience with collaborative writing or roleplay, and if so, roughly how much? You can be brief. This is intended to help us provide useful feedback in your approval.

Plenty of! I'd reckon about four years, roughly, some of those having been on 'the old place' for those that it's relevant to ^^;;

I gotta say yes, I like the detective theme. Have you read the Dresden Files book series? I would highly reccomend. Private Eye Wizard in modern day Chicago. Anyway, yes.

Merle Richards could use some more mechanics explained about his Semblance, Insight. Specifically how much Aura using it costs him. Maybe something about the distance covered by those "shadows" using more Aura the farther it goes or how many possibilities it can cover. That kind of stuff.

Everything else seems to be in order.

Fair enough ^^;;
The general basis I that I went with when thinking it over is generally a small initial cost, with it working incrementally as it's used. And as far as things go, it was pretty much a singular (mostly accurate) possibility per shadow instance. So rather than multiples, it's just a single case per person/entity and the like.
I'll make sure to clarify things in any case.

A private investigator will be an interesting person to have among the cast of character we have managed to gather so far and without any obvious flaw that pops out to me, I can safely say this is a yes and I look forward to seeing him in action!

A detective kind of character is original and cool, intelligence always seem to come second next to diving headfirst in trouble for Huntsmen. Plus he's well described overall.
I definitely say Yes.
