The green checkmarks indicate that a thread has posts you haven’t read in it, while a red x denotes a locked thread with unread posts. Note that these are just markers that result from this site being a forum - no one has time to read every thread!

After this, once an admin gets here to officially Approve you for RP, you’ll be able to make your own threads with this character. We primarily use the Discord to organize threads, and most threads are Private (the characters present for their events are decided in advance and are not open to outside participation) - Open threads can generally be joined by anyone as long as the character who joins does so by respecting the current participants and situation.
