She isn't done but is playable she isn't a villain or at least a serious threat one. she is kinda like torchwick except does it more.

Simple to the point, and looks fun. Semblance is simple but useful in the right scenarios, and she's a thief that would be around student's age so RP with them isn't odd at all. Overall, no problems. I like.
