Physical Description:
Timor Inasis stands at an average height and has a mess of straight, feathery black and red hair. Most of the time his bangs hang in front of his face as to obscure his eyes, but upon close inspection one could see the dark irises, almost black to match his pupils. His hair is quite long in the back and sides, though it has been braided to thin lines stretching down to his waist, ending in small gold baubles that hold the hair together.

He sports white skin, perhaps a little too pale to be healthy, and a face and mouth that male fashion models are jealous of. Though when his pretty mouth smiles its too wide, and showing too many teeth. He has a killer jawline, somewhat due to his Faunus trait explained later.

His teeth are all sharpened to points, turning even his molars into tearing incisors.

Around his midsection is a Dust Tattoo of a large snake with wings eating itself.

Timor Inasis' Snake Faunus trait is his skeletal structure. Along with having better Night Sight, like all Faunus have, Timor's bones are maximized for flexibility. His jaw is also able to unhinge and seperate, creating an horrifying image and allow him to eat large things if he doesn't want to chew.
Outfit Description:
Timor Inasis feels most comfortable when shirtless, though wears some sort of leather pants or flowing black or red robes around his legs. However, when out in public he'll wear whatever disguise he may have to, even if it means putting on a shirt. Or at least a loose cloak to cover himself.

At the end of his braided hair strands are golden baubles, holding the hair in it's braides. Attached to these baubles are some long black and gold ribbons that drift to his ankles. They shimmer in the light, as they are woven with Dust to be used in combat.
Personality Description:
Timor literally enjoys pleasure to hear those around him whimper in paranoia. The smell of his victims soiling themselves makes him shudder with delight. And nothing is better than a well earned scream, so gutteral and from the heart it hardly sounds like it came from a human. The anticipation before the strike is something that causes him to drool and roll his eyes into the back of his head.

If the term 'terrorist' means someone who wants to cause widespread terror, then Timor is a terrorist in the purest form. His is a monster in human skin and piloting it's skeleton. He lives to see the quiver and shake, the way the pupils dialate, the way Faunus' and Human's alike fall back to baser animal instincts when enough fear is driven into their brains, all before the blood runs. The only redeemable thing about Timor is that he honestly, to his core, sees no difference between Faunus and Humans. Both are food.
Backstory Highlights:
Timor Inasis has never been right in the head. He was the kid who showed the other kids how to roast ants under a glass lens, he was the one who took the injured birds and squirrels around his house and made them worse. The way they squealed and squirmed was always so funny to him, and the way they froze in shock and pain when he broke their bones made his eyes sparkle. It wasn't so much that causing pain was what made him shudder and shiver, but the fear that the pain caused. Eventually he learned how to cause fear with sounds, with gestures, with getting ever closer with a sharp impliment. Eventually he moved on to cats and small dogs. At a young age his hands were covered in scratches from when the animals finally fought back, but he always made sure to kill them once they began to fight. He couldn't have them learn that he was afraid of them, no, they were to be afraid of him.

He grew up feared by his parents, until one day his father recognized just how terrible his son was, and where Timor's future lay. He took responsibility for his son andd tried to kill him, end the terrible future before it would have a chance to begin. Timor, injured, ran. Not out of fear of his father, no, out of logic. His father was the fearful creature, he was fighting before Timor moved on to his own family, and Timor knew he wasn't big enough of strong enough to take on his father. So he ran.

So began a slow string of terrorized people and murders. He had to end them once they finally began to fight back, afterall. Somewhere along the way his Aura and Semblance were unlocked, though these seemed like normal extensions of himself, abilities he unlocked through natural progression rather than achieving them after some large event.

Until a certain man chased him down. A man only known by 'The Curator'. Timor treated him like all the rest, but that was Timor's mistake. The man had a special Semblance, one that allowed to take living beings and store them as paintings. Forever. Timor was a prisoner for as long as The Curator wanted. The Curator stayed alive by siphoning the life of those inside the paintings, but that meant an unavoidable mixing of Aura, and of the individual's life. After the first attempted feeding on Timor's insane, fear-inducing Aura and horrible life, he was content to leave him trapped forever.(See Saoirse Luíseach's profile for more info)

Timor was stuck in his painted prison for a length of time only The Curator would know. He watched as the years went by, his isolation both physically and mentally began to crack the already insane mind.

When another prisoner finally broke free, and with a burst of her own Aura and realized Semblance she freed everyone else in the mansion, every single painting... Timor was finally free once again. Even in a new age and a new place, he had only one reason for living. To cause fear and relish in it's embrace.
Occupation:
Villain
Education:
Self-Taught.
Semblance Name:
Phobia
Semblance Description:
Phobia has two different aspects that can be used in place of another, but not at the same time, depending on the target. He targets a creature that he can see, has seen in the past 24 hours, or is within 30 meters, whether it be an animal or human or faunus, and can bring about it's greatest, deepest, fear. If there are multiple applicable fears or possibilities, Timor can choose which he wants to bring out. This can take either one of two forms:

Active Fear:
If the target's fear is an active one, meaning a person or creature, like a clown, a particular Grimm, spiders, etc., then Timor turns into that creature. In truth it's a body constructed by Aura(with enough focus and fighting back fear, one can see through to Timor beneath), and is able to do what the feared creature can do. Like as a Clown can laugh and juggle and tie balloon animals, whatever that Grimm may be able to do including fly, and Spiders can run up walls. This form looks like the real deal from the target's point of view, hair and drool and stench and all, while those farther away or with a more discerning eye might be able to see through it.

Passive Fear:
If the target's fear is a more passive one, meaning something abstract, like small and tight spaces, heights, drowning, of being watched, etc., then an illusory space and/or feeling is constructed, aiming at incapacitating the target or send it fleeing. It comes about in the form of where that fear first started, when the target first developed that fear, usually taking the target back to feeling like the age they were back then. For example, if their fear was a fear of heights then an illusory space would be constructed around them visible by them and those in their immediate area, of the place where this fear was first encountered, i.e. the top of a tall building, or the top of the jungle gym at school. Timor could even push them physically, and give them the feeling of plummeting from the height despite them only on the floor. If it's the fear of being watched, they would get an overwhelming feeling of eyes on them at all times, always judging and watching. Claustrophobia would put them somewhere dark and small and tight, and the ever-present feeling that the walls are closing in even tighter and tighter forever. Drowning would put them underwater, let them feel their lungs burn as they drift downwards, the rush of bitter cold water rushing into their lungs, the spasming of muscles, never-ending.

An act of overcoming one's fears breaks the illusory space, massively damaging Timor's Aura.
Weapon Name:
Sanguine Needles
Weapon Image:

Weapon Description:
Sanguine Needles is the name for his Rope Dart. Two strong and razor-sharp heads lie on either end of a long and durable fire-retardant rope, woven with Fire Dust. This allows the rope to burn those who miss the sharpened head or who get tangled up in it. Both heads had Gravity Dust in them, allowing them to have quicker and more powerful spins, twirls and throws, using the Gravity Dust to enhance the centripetal force, and easier call backs.
Other Gear:
Timor has black and gold ribbons handing from the ends of his hair braids. These are woven with Gravity, Fire and Earth Dust. He can use these by slapping these against someone or an object and using his Aura to activate them. Earth to hit the ground and create earthen shapes, Gravity to affect an area or a person's personal gravity, and Fire to create fire on the ground, ignite something, or explode incontact with someone.

Timor also has sharpened metal claws he wears around each finger, for general slashing and maiming.
Fighting Style:
Timor Inasis fights with his claws, hair braids, ribbons and his Rope Dart, Sanguine Needles. He's extremely fast, acrobatic, and keeps low to the ground when running. He twirls and throws out the bladed ends of Sanguine Needles at an extreme rate, using the times they dig into walls and surfaces as opportunities to yank on the rope and pull him to new areas, giving him even further range of movement. WIth his claws and strong physique he regularly crawls along the ceiling or walls in short bursts, using erratic and strange movement further cause hesitation and fear to creep into his prey's minds.

When using his Semblance in an Active sense, he will act accordingly to the fear, fast and sporadic for spiders, slow and creepy and neck-twisting for mannequins, etc. Passive effects he'd play along with the fear as much as possible, taunting and teasing and proding at your fears and insecurities toi create maximum terror to enjoy for himself.

When prey of his is locked in fear, or running for their lives through empty dark hallways or through alleyways, he has no reason to kill them. He'd follow them and continue to torment them, perhaps giving minor wounds to remind them of his dangerous presence, but he never goes for the kill until the fear has ended or their animal instincs kick from 'flight' to 'fight', as all rats do when backed into corners. He'll stalk someone from just close enough so that they notice, and after weeks of constant following he'll chase someone to their home, only to later sneak inside the house and make creaking footsteps around in the kitchen as they try to sleep, making small laughter to echo up the stairs, lightly scratch from the inside of their closet doors, and leave messages on the bathroom mirror.
